Fuel canisters, once filled with fuel, can be used in a Fuel Loader to fill the fuel tanks of various types of spacecraft.
In it's unfilled state, fuel canisters will be named Empty Liquid Canister. In a partially filled state, fuel canisters will be named Partially Filled Fuel Canister. In a full state they will be named Filled Fuel Canister.
