The Fuel Loader is indispensable for the rocket to work.
You will need a charged Battery, which comes in the Universal Electricity Mod that is installed along with Galacticraft. Afterwards, you will need a Filled Fuel Canister, which is created by refining Crude Oil in a Refinery.
When you have all this, along with the Spaceship and the Launchpad, position the Fuel Loader beside the pad, with the rocket on it.
Place the Battery, and the Filled Fuel Canister in and wait for it to fill the rocket's tank. You're ready to take off!! Don't forget to take a Battery and a Fuel Loader to the moon with you, or you will be stuck there!
