Found at the bottom of narrow, but deep craters on the moon, the Moon Dungeon is considered the tier 1 Dungeon since its boss is considered easier than planned bosses. Its loot is superior to regular overworld dungeons, but is considered not as valuable as tier 2 dungeons and above (planned for future updates).

The moon dungeon resembles in fact a small version of a stronghold, shorter, harder and dark; torches don't lit, other light emitters do though. You have to get through narrow hallways where hostile mobs spawn and cobwebs block the way. You may find one or two chests with supplies and finds in the way.
The boss is held in the room before the treasure chest room. He is very tall, shoots arrows and can catch the player to throw at the walls. Once killed, a key is dropped; you can now open the treasure chest in the next and last room.
